After graduating and hold his diploma in science studies from Nkuruma University in 1994, Mr. Kilosa has been working in school as a teacher for over 15 years, part of his teaching subjects are mainly based on environmental issues, this convinced him to make some research in conserving the nature in educating and create awareness to both locals and the tourists in conserving and protecting the animals and plants. In 2014 Kilosas conservation was found and officially started working in 20017.

Mussa gained his diploma in wildlife management at east African college in Dodoma Tanzania; he then joined and graduated his practical training at Mkwakwa magic Zoo in Iringa. between his universe time, has been to different national parks like Serengeti, Ngorongoro, lake Manyara and more for further field studies. In 2016 he came to Zanzibar and worked at Mnarani Natural Aquarium as part of his field studies, his love for the project and passion in working on wildlife, he applied to work at aquarium without any hesitation he managed to get the job. Because of his knowledge and skills on wildlife Mr. Kilosa involved him as the project manager, he always makes sure the animals eat the right foods and well treated.
Haji Ali Hamad: Chief accountant and office supervisor.

Haji has been working and involving in coordinating different environmental projects. His experience from coordinating and managing small business, convinced Mr. Kilosa to join him to the team as a chief accountant and helping Ussi with some logistics.

Ussi has love for animal since at his childhood time, he was born and raised in Nungwi close to Mnarani natural aquarium, the conservative sea turtles project , since then he has been engaged in helping improving the saving and conserving the life of the sea turtles. His idea convinced Mr. Kilosa to establish the flora and fauna conservation project. With a help from Mussa, his main job at the projects is to make sure all the logistics are well accomplished in daily basis.
